My name is Craig Dell and I am the owner of Dell Enterprises in Richmond, Virginia. I am a real estate investor who loves to help people. I help people with different types of real estate needs. My specialty is the pre-foreclosure market. I have extensive training in this field. Some people come to me after everybody else has turned them down or did not know how to help them. I will meet with them and try to get their spirits up by finding a no cost solution to there problem.
